You authorize us to charge the applicable renewal fee (plus taxes) using the payment method on file. You may cancel a subscription at any time by submitting a written request to NJ MCDirect.

4. Services

4.1 Fees and Payment
By signing up for a Services account, you agree to pay the applicable setup and recurring fees. Fees are invoiced in advance, starting when services are established. NJ MCDirect may modify payment terms or fees with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice. You may cancel Services with thirty (30) days’ written notice to NJ MCDirect.

4.2 Support
If your service includes priority email support, you may request technical assistance via email, and NJ MCDirect will endeavor to respond within one business day. Priority support takes precedence over support for standard or free users. All support is provided per NJ MCDirect’s standard practices and policies.

5. Responsibility of Website Visitors

NJ MCDirect does not review all material posted to the Website and is not responsible for its content, use, or effects. Operating the Website does not imply endorsement of posted material or its accuracy, usefulness, or safety. You are responsible for:

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, excluding conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts in Mercer County, New Jersey.
  • Arbitration: Except for claims for injunctive/equitable relief or intellectual property disputes, any dispute arising under this Agreement will be settled via binding arbitration under the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service, Inc. (“JAMS”) by three arbitrators, conducted in English in Mercer County, New Jersey. The prevailing party is entitled to costs and attorneys’ fees.
  • Severability: If any part of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Waiver: A waiver of any term does not waive future breaches.
  • Assignment: You may assign your rights under this Agreement to a party that agrees to be bound by its terms; NJ MCDirect may assign its rights without condition. This Agreement binds the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
